Last updated: 2026-03-29

By accessing or using Shooting File ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

Shooting File provides two main services:

  • File Sharing: A temporary, PIN-based file transfer service that allows users to share files without creating an account. Files are automatically deleted after 10 minutes.
  • Image Converter: A browser-based image conversion tool that processes images entirely on your device without uploading them to our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, share, or distribute illegal content
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
  • Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

File Handling

  • Uploaded files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 10 minutes
  • Maximum file size is 100MB per upload
  • PIN codes expire after 10 minutes and cannot be recovered
  • We do not guarantee file availability during the 10-minute window in cases of service interruption
  • We do not scan, analyze, or access the content of your files
  • You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload

Image Converter

  • Image conversion is performed entirely in your browser — no images are uploaded to our servers
  • We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of converted images
  • You retain full ownership of all images processed through the converter

Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to files you upload and images you process through the Service. We claim no ownership over your content. The Shooting File name, logo, and website design are the property of Shooting File.
